These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Helpers Adobe Illustrator plugin (the “Plugin”), the Helpers website and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Helpers (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Plugin or the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Plugin for personal and commercial projects, including client work, in accordance with the license tier purchased.
Single User: One (1) activation per license key.
Multi User / Studio: Activations as specified at purchase.
License keys may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred beyond the permitted license tier.
The Plugin, Site, and all related materials are owned by Helpers and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of any artwork or designs created using the Plugin.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Prices and taxes are displayed at checkout.
If you are a consumer purchasing remotely (online), you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
However, because the Plugin is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, by completing your purchase and downloading or activating the Plugin, you acknowledge and agree that:
Delivery begins immediately after purchase.
You may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or activated.
If a refund is granted, your license will be revoked and access to the Plugin must cease.
Refunds are processed at our discretion in accordance with applicable law and payment provider policies.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer or modify the Plugin
Circumvent license protection
Use the Plugin unlawfully
Redistribute or resell the Plugin beyond your license terms
Violation may result in termination of your license.
We may release updates or patches at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide ongoing updates.
Unless otherwise stated, the license granted is a lifetime license for the purchased version and license tier.
“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product version and does not guarantee lifetime updates or future major versions.
The Plugin is designed for use with Adobe Illustrator.
We do not guarantee ongoing compatibility with third-party software. If Adobe modifies its APIs, technology, licensing system, or infrastructure in a way that affects functionality, Helpers is not obligated to update or maintain compatibility.
The Plugin and Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Helpers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Plugin in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must cease use and uninstall the Plugin.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
